About Me

Hi there! I'm a Lebanese-American multimedia journalist exploring diaspora, identity, and culture through people-centered storytelling. Inspired by my family's survival of the Lebanese Civil War and my New York City upbringing, my writing focuses on development and the aftermath of conflict.

I'm a currently a staff writer and video presenter at MO4 Network in Cairo, Egypt. I have previously written for The New ArabColumbia Political ReviewAUCToday, and more; I share personal reflections on my Substack.

I hold B.A. degrees in political science and Middle East studies from Columbia University and Sciences Po Paris. Since graduating in 2024, I have worked as the Presidential Associate at the American University in Cairo and studied Arabic intensively as a Center for Arabic Study Abroad Fellow in Amman, Jordan.

I am an incoming M.S. candidate at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service, Class of 2028.
